NEW CUSTOMERS:

What is LOGOS + PRINTS?  LOGOS + PRINTS is an online business stationery boutique (by Bliss And Tell Branding Company) that offers personalized pre-designed 'business-sets' for small businesses and companies.   

How long have you been in business?  Our company has been in the design, branding and development business for 8 years.

What types of products do you offer?  We offer a wide variety of logo designs and matching business necessities, including business cards, note cards, hang-tags, mailing labels, stickers, rubber stamps and even digital art files.  

Do I need to register for an account?  Registration is not required to browse the LOGOS + PRINTS collections.  However, customers must be registered prior to placing an order. 

Will I receive a proof?  Yes, if you purchased a LOGOS + PRINTS business-set a we will send a personalized digital proof within 1 business day.  Please note that missing information (from the client) may delay your proof.  If something is missing from your order, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.  

How long will it take to receive my order?  Although lead time varies, we typically ship orders within 7-10 business days after proof approval.  All products/orders are shipped standard via USPS.  Upgraded shipping methods are available upon emailed/written request.

Do you charge sales tax?  Bliss and Tell Branding Company is located in California.  We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped within California.

How much are your business-sets? 
A complete basic business-set is $650 (+ tax/shipping).
 However there are several additional business necessities available for personalization + purchase.

PROCESS / PERSONALIZATION:

 

What can I personalize?   Once you decide on a  LOGOS + PRINTS collection you can choose the color, the envelope color and provide us with all the information you'd like included in one of our pre-designed business-sets.  We will make sure to appropriately lay-out your information + text so that it looks professional and perfect - this is included in the cost of your business-set purchase.    If you request additional design work, add a significant amount of information + text and extra fee may apply.  A designer will contact you for approval for any additional fees prior to setting-up your proof. 

I would like to work with a designer on a completely custom design. What is the process of personalizing a LOGOS + PRINTS business-set?

      1. View our current business-set collections.
      2. Once you find a collection that compliments the vibe of your business, you can choose your favorite color, pick an envelope, and submit all the important information about your business.
      3. Within 1 business day you will receive a proof(s) for your careful review and approval. You are allowed 1 round of revisions and will receive 1 final proof(s). Should additional revisions be made a fee of $65 will be applied to each round of revision(s)/proof(s).
      4. Upon your approval of the final proof(s) we will begin to render the personalized artwork for printing. (note: once approved, no revisions will be made)
      5. The moment all the pieces of your business-set are printed + produced they will be packaged and shipped directly to you.

    SHIPPING + DELIVERY:

    How long will it take to receive my order?  Although lead time varies, we typically ship orders within 7-10 business days after proof approval.  All products/orders are shipped standard via USPS.  Upgraded shipping methods are available upon emailed/written request.

    Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses?  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes,  APO/FPO addresses or international addresses at this time
     

    PAPER + PRINTING:

    What type of paper do you use?  All of our business cards, notecards and hang-tags are printed via cmyk/offset printing on 14pt. premium uncoated cardstock.  Our round seals are printed on uncoated label paper and the mailing/shipping labels are printed on gloss coated stock.

    Can I request a sample?  Sure! We can drop a couple samples of previously printed business cards and/or note cards and/or hang tags. We do not send samples of the round seals or mailing labels. Send an email with your name and mailing address to info@blissandtellbrandingcompany.com

    CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS:

    I made a mistake while placing my order.  What do I do?  Contact us immediately at info@blissandtellbrandingcompany.com  with the order number in the subject line. If you have not yet received or approved your proof, we may be able to help with minor changes.  Once you have approved your proof for printing, we are unable to make any changes to your order, and cancellations will not be accepted.

    I received my proof and would like to make a change. Is this possible?  Yes, of course!  You have the option and freedom to revise the provided information + text for your business set to your liking.  You can email your designer about any changes you would like made.  One revision is included in the purchase of your business-set.  Any and each additional revision (and proof) will be $65 per each round of revision(s)/proof(s).

    I received my proof and am not happy with the way my personalization looks within the business-set I purchased. Can I choose another LOGOS + PRINTS business-set collection?  We want you to be happy with your order.  Should you decide that you no longer prefer the business-set collection you originally purchased, please email info@blissandtellbrandingcompany.com right away with your order # and the collection you prefer instead.  We will use the original information you provided, and render the new collection accordingly, at no cost.  Should you decide that you would like to cancel your, order after  you receive the proof(s) and before you submit your approval, we will be happy to refund you the full amount minus a $75 processing + design cost.

    How do I return my order?  We do not process returns, however, if we have made an error while processing or printing your business-set, we will gladly reprint the incorrect item at no additional cost to you.
     

    TECHINICAL SUPPORT:

    Is my account and payment information secure?  Yes.  We use the the highest quality encryption and authentication methods to keep your data secure (via: shopify.com and paypal.com)
